Breakfast is a special occasion at the Mistal.
Our cheeky squirrels arrive on time each morning
to try & steal the peanuts from the bird table. Carrying
on as if nothing is happening, the pheasants from  the
Dartmouth Estate clean up anything they drop to the
ground ! You can watch all this and other garden wildlife
whilst you enjoy our mostly locally sourced breakfast fayre.
Dry cured bacon & sausages supplied by our local award
winning butcher and from a little further away the Scottish
Salmon adorns softly scrambled eggs.
When available Kipper fillets from the famous Fortune's
Smokery in Whitby are on the menu , Caroline's breakfast
fruit salad with yogurt, a wide variety of cereals & fruit
juices are a great start to the day.

The Mistal is unlicensed but you are welcome to bring your
own favourite tipple, which we will refrigerate for you. .
